From: Real Eftate Company  Date:2020-08-14 10:17:55  Hits:810  Belong to:News
With the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia worldwide, anti epidemic blockade measures reduced electricity demand and coal consumption, and global coal demand declined sharply in the second quarter of 2020.
The International Energy Agency (IEA) recently predicted that global coal demand may fall by 8% in 2020. Global coal production is expected to increase slightly by 0.5% in 2020. Coal demand is expected to remain stable by 2024 due to increased demand in Asia such as China and India.
